The 2015 Exhibitor Manual is now live!
As our exhibitors, there are a number of elements you need to consider. From designing your stand, meeting health & safety regulations to marketing and promoting your presence at the event, all you need to know to ensure a smooth build up and successful show can be found in our Online Exhibitor Manual.
The ‘Manage My Exhibition’ tab within the Exhibitor Manual shows all the items you need to prepare for your participation, including your English and Chinese 100-word company profile, mandatory forms and additional services that you can order. Please take time to go through all the forms and familiarise yourself with the deadline dates to ensure your requests can be met. A list of shortcuts to the key forms can be found in the Exhibitor Manual home page under ‘Activity Checklist’ tab for your convenience. Meanwhile, we strongly suggest you submitting the English and Chinese 100 word company profile at your earliest convenience to maximum the exposure of your company.
All confirmed exhibitors have been sent login details, through which they can submit orders and supply information. Please click here to be directed to the exhibitor manual login page. Any new exhibitors will be sent their details upon confirmation of their participation. If you are not yet our exhibitor but would like to learn about the content of the manual, welcome to visit a read-only version.

Exhibitors, sponsors and partners will be contacted by email with information on how to access the GSMA Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System, the system used to invite your guests and register your own staff.
EXHIBITOR LISTING & PROFILES
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to submit a 100 word entry which will then be part of the exhibitor listing on this website and the official onsite Event Guide. As soon as the manual goes live, you will be able to upload your profile (and logo if applicable). You will find full instructions on this process in the manual.
Should your organisation be in search of quality service providers to provide services to your internal team or your clients and partners, the GSMA is pleased to recommend organisations based on their continual excellent service.
These will be detailed in the exhibition manual and also a brief contact list will be presented on this page for your convenience in due time. If you have any urgent queries in the meantime regarding suppliers, please feel free to contact the customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
