Mr. Mao is a senior engineer, a doctor of engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, enjoying special government subsidies. He used to work in the former Design Institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Network Development Department of China Telecom Corporation. Dongfeng is now the Deputy Managing Director of the Cloud Network Operation Department of China Telecom Corporation, a member of the Standing Committee of the Science and Technology Commission of China Telecom Corporation, and a member of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He has extensive experience in the construction and operation of cloud networks, and in the research and development of operating systems for cloud networks. He has rich experience in cloud network construction, operation and cloud network operating system research and development.
