13:30 - 17:00

Location

SNIEC, Hall N5, Meeting Room N5-M50

Description

Overview:

2019 will be marked as the first year for 5G commercialization. For this wave of scaled 5G deployment, the deployment choice on networking and device standardized by 3GPP and the commercial timeline by the operators will attract widespread attention from the industry. What kind of spearhead services and applications will be support by these initial network capabilities and actual performance? How can we resolve the indoor coverage issue which was a pain point in 4G Era? Can the 5G standard endorsed capabilities (network slicing, edge computing, and service based architecture) which are critical to vertical industry applications, can be addressed in this early phase 5G deployment scenarios? Given the industry consensus on 5G comparatively long introduction time, what kind of network migration options available for operators today and tomorrow? What about the migration toward standalone full capable 5G network in the future? Will it be possible that NSA can coexist with SA?

Attendees:

Mobile operators, network infrastructure providers, solution providers, vertical industry ecosystem companies, device companies, research institutions and industry analysts, media, etc.

Open to all attendees. Pre-approved attendees will have priority. All others will be seated on a first come first served basis. Click the “INDICATE YOUR INTEREST” button to apply.
