2020 saw mobile become more humanised than ever before. We are still at a pivotal point where we’re asking even more from technology and in many ways, technology is delivering. Partnerships across countries, industries and business’ is enabling mobile operators to diversify their offerings and in doing so, look beyond just getting and sharing information in a transactional manner. As the world spends more time embracing digital connections, it is time to take learnings acquired across a tumultuous year and prepare for a brighter future. ​
