Speaker Bio
Yang Weiqi is a seasoned professional with 20 years of dedicated experience in the IoT industry. In 2005, he founded a series of leading IoT industry portals, including RFID World, IoT World, and ChipSensors. In 2009, he established the IOTE Expo. In 2019, as the founding Executive President, he initiated the establishment of the Shenzhen IoT Industry Association, leveraging a nonprofit platform to deeply serve industry enterprises and further promote the high-quality development of the IoT sector. In 2024, as a founding member, he collaborated with associations from 15 countries and regions worldwide to launch the World AIoT Innovation Alliance.
He served as a consultant on several professional research reports, including 《Shenzhen IoT Industry White Paper (2022)》, 《2023 Shenzhen Industrial IoT Research Report》, 《Shenzhen IoT Industry White Paper (2023)》, and 《RFID Technology and Standardization Blue Book (2023)》, overseeing the drafting of more than 20 research reports.
