Nina Fan holds an master’s degree in Industrial Management from KU Leuven (Belgium) and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology. She brings over 15 years of progressive experience across the secure chip, smart card, and secure software solution sectors, with a proven record in both Chinese semiconductor companies and multinational technology corporations.
Early in her career, she led overseas sales, managed global distribution channels, and collaborated on localization chip solutions, developing deep expertise in the technical and commercial dynamics of the Chinese market.
Since joining Valid Technologies in 2019, she has served as Asia Strategic Business Development Manager, and later as VP of OEM Sales and GM of China, where she built the local team from ground up and established Valid as a market leader in eSIM software solutions across China. With strong cross-cultural communication skills and a track record of engaging global clients, Nina effectively bridges Valid's global carrier compatibility and coverage advantages with the local agility and customization that the Chinese market demands in consumer electronics, automotive and IoT.
