Ying Zhou has over a decade of in-depth experience in general aviation and low-altitude economy. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary-General of multiple institutions, including the Low-Altitude Economy Branch of China Communications Industry Association, East China (Yangtze River Delta) Low-Altitude Economy Industry Alliance, and Low-Altitude Economy Special Committee under Shanghai Federation of Modern Service Industries.
In addition, she holds concurrent appointments as Permanent Professor for Executive Training at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Industry Mentor at Civil Aviation University of China and Shanghai University of Engineering Science. Focusing on low-altitude regulatory policies and aviation compliance, Ms. Zhou has deeply engaged in the construction of regional industrial ecosystems and specializes in government-enterprise resource matchmaking to advance the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.
