With over two decades of extensive experience in the communications industry, Alice possesses deep expertise and practical knowledge in cellular technologies, including TD-SCDMA, LTE, 5G, and 6G, as well as non-cellular technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Prior to joining Rohde & Schwarz, she held long-term roles at several globally leading communications technology companies, including ST-Ericsson and Marvell, where she gained comprehensive experience spanning research and development to management, including serving as a manager in a testing and R&D department.
