Zhang Le is a Senior Engineer and a Senior Expert at China Telecom. He serves as the Chair of the IP Working Group under CCSA TC610 (Autonomous Networks) and the Chair of WBBA WG7. With a long-term focus on the research of intelligent technologies for cloud-network operations, Zhang has extensive experience and deep expertise in driving the digital and intelligent transformation of telecommunication networks.
