Speaker Bio

Anna was appointed CEO, International Digital Services a new operating company established on 1 January 2025 to drive the international expansion of Singtel’s digital services and solutions. A pioneer in advancing telco-driven digital services and partnerships across Southeast Asia, she is known for her innovative, shared-cost and scale-driven approach to unlocking new revenue streams beyond core connectivity. Most recently, she spearheaded the successful launch of WanderJoy, the world’s first cross-border rewards programme by telco, in collaboration with seven leading telco partners across Asia.
