Michelle is currently the General Manager of DCH Mobility Group, overseeing the digital platform business, which aiming to transform the motor industry with a transparent, well-connected yet data driven B2B2C digital ecosystem. Before jumping into the Motor Industry, Michelle was with Livi Bank, FWD Insurance, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong Telecom (High Net Worth Segment, Group Loyalty, Payment Business), Huawei Technology, Nokia Siemens Network, etc, taken up marketing, product and business development roles with regional exposure.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Science degree, Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce and a MBA from the University of Hong Kong. Apart from her role in Livi Bank, Michelle also serves as Advisory Member of FinTech Industry Alliance of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), AI & InsurTech Committee Co-Chair of FinTech Association HK, Founding Member of Women-In-Tech APAC and as well the Future Task Force Member of Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Michelle is also being named as 2018 Top 25 FinTech Female Leader in HK by DigFin Group and InvestHK.
