Sheng Liang, graduated with a degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Tongji University. Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Fudan University. Served as a commander at the Shanghai Airport Group’s Operations Command Center (AOC), managed aviation operations and marketing departments, and held positions as middle-level management personnel. Played a significant role in the preparation for major projects such as the opening of Hongqiao Airport, with extensive experience in civil aviation operations and management. Currently serves as Vice President of Yu Feng Future, responsible for government affairs and market operations.
