Li Chunlin is President of Neusoft Automotive Electronics Research Institute, a professor-level senior engineer, a senior expert in Neusoft Group’s Expert Talent Pool, a council member of the China Society of Automotive Engineers, and Chairman of the Dalian Internet of Vehicles Industry Innovation Alliance.
With more than 20 years of experience in automotive electronics and software engineering, Li has deep expertise in intelligent connected vehicles, automotive software engineering, software quality management, and software process improvement. He previously served as a member of the Automotive Electronics and Electromagnetic Compatibility Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee of Auto Standardization. He has contributed to the development of more than ten national standards and authored two books, including Agile Development Body of Knowledge.
Li led the establishment of Neusoft Group’s quality management system and organization-level standard software process (OSSP), supporting Neusoft in becoming the first Chinese software company to achieve both CMM Level 5 and CMMI Level 5 assessments. As a project leader, he has undertaken multiple major science and technology projects, including major programs of Liaoning Province and Dalian, as well as key R&D programs of Dalian.
He currently serves as an expert reviewer or expert committee member for several provincial and municipal authorities and industry organizations, including the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Dalian Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and expert pools in digital economy, strategic emerging industries, and Internet of Vehicles. His work focuses on advancing intelligent connected vehicles, vehicle connectivity, and software-defined mobility.
