Dr. Zhimeng Zhong, an IEEE Senior Member, is the Head of the Service & R&D Technology Planning, Standards and Patents Dept. at Huawei. Since joining in 2009, he has led 4G/5G RTT algorithm and wireless channel research. He currently oversees GTS technology planning, standards, patents, and software/intelligent media research.
