Winners of First-Ever GLOMO Awards Asia Revealed at MWC26 Shanghai

25 June 2026, Shanghai – The winners of the inaugural GLOMO Awards Asia were announced today at MWC26 Shanghai, as attendees gathered to celebrate mobile and AI-driven innovation across networks, devices and services; the breakthrough technologies transforming industries and societies; and the leadership driving digital transformation and growth across Asia. 

Judged by independent experts from across the global mobile ecosystem, eight awards spanning network innovation, AI, disruptive devices, climate action, and more were presented earlier today during MWC Shanghai’s morning keynote, with Mr. Wang Tao, Deputy Chairman, Rotating Chairman, Huawei receiving an Outstanding Contribution Award during yesterday’s opening ceremony. 

The GLOMO Awards Asia represent the next exciting chapter of the previous Asia Mobile Awards (AMOs), an awards programme that has celebrated Asia's mobile industry for nearly two decades. They now step proudly onto a global stage.

Best AI-Enabled Customer Experience in Asia: Singtel Singapore, in partnership with Sierra (Silicon Valley) for Singtel 'Shirley' Agentic AI Customer Assistant 

Best AI-Powered Network Solution: China Mobile & Huawei for RAN Intelligence 

Best Mobile Innovation for Climate Action in Asia: China Mobile and Huawei for World's first wireless network AI agent 

Best Digital Innovation for Industrial Transformation in Asia: Pegatron with Telkomsel – Batam, Indonesia for Deployment of 5G private network infrastructure to provide reliable and secure connectivity across the factory’s production area. 

Best Smartphone: HONOR Magic V6 

Disruptive Device Innovation: HONOR Magic V6 

The GLOMO Awards for Best in Show (Product & Stand) will be announced on the final day of MWC26 Shanghai, June 26.
