City Pavilion
A showcase of smarter, intelligent cities
Cities are under pressure – and the pace of change is only accelerating. Urban systems, from infrastructure and climate to healthcare, mobility and public safety are being pushed to evolve faster than ever. The question is no longer if cities will transform – but how?
This is where you find out.
The city of the future a live demo —
Pudong Jinqiao in the Shanghai Pudong district was designated as China’s first pilot zone for AI innovation in 2019. Since then, it has built a comprehensive ecosystem — from compute support to open application scenarios — enabling real-world deployment at scale. Today, the district’s AI industry exceeds RMB 160 billion, accounting for around 40% of Shanghai’s total.
At MWC26 Shanghai, Pudong Jinqiao brings its vision of urban innovation to life through a large-scale demonstration of intelligent systems working in symphony.
Autonomous vehicles, drones, robotics and intelligent systems will operate together across real-world scenarios, spanning land, air and urban environments in a single, connected demonstration.
This is not a series of individual technologies. It is a live demonstration of how future cities function as fully integrated systems.
