How does the football tournament work?

Through a high-stakes penalty shootout, the competition highlights the latest advancements in robotic motion control, environmental perception and autonomous decision making. No remote control. No pre-set path. Every kick reflects a silicon athlete’s real-time judgment — skill is the only rule.
