Online Event Manual

The MWC Shanghai Event Manual is your guide to all rules, regulations, stand and venue details to ensure our exhibitors and partners have a smooth build-up and successful show.

The 2026 Event Manual is now under development and set to go live by mid-March 2026. Once available, the main contact at your company will receive login and password details, granting access to all the necessary information, products and services.

Exhibitor Registration Client Portal

The GSMA Client Portal (former Exhibitor & Partner system) is set to go live by early April 2026. Once the portal is activated, all confirmed registration coordinators will receive a dedicated account login email with instructions for how to access their account.
