The Policy Leaders Forum returns to MWC Shanghai in 2026

The Policy Leaders Forum (PLF) returns to MWC Shanghai 24-26 June 2026 with an expanded programme designed to foster high level dialogue. Building on the success of last year’s inaugural edition, the 2026 edition will bring together senior government officials, regulatory authorities, legislators, and C level industry leaders from across the globe.

This year’s PLF will explore the policy enablers behind emerging technologies, the rapid evolution toward 5G Advanced, and the growing convergence of AI, digital infrastructure, and industrial transformation. Delegates will have exclusive access to curated discussions and immersive experiences offering deep insights into Asia’s dynamic digital ecosystem.

Invitations will be sent in February; the agenda and speakers will be announced from March.
