The Policy Leaders Forum returned to MWC Shanghai from 24–26 June 2026 with an expanded programme designed to foster high-level dialogue between policymakers, regulators and industry leaders. 

The Forum welcomed 39 delegations representing 35 countries and territories across Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa, alongside four intergovernmental organisations.

We hope that the event was enjoyable and look forward to welcoming you back to Shanghai in 2027.
