6G Horizons: Aligning Industry, Research, and Standards

The GSMA 6G Community will be hosting an exclusive closed-door 6G Executive Roundtable during MWC Shanghai 2026. The roundtable will bring together senior industry leaders from operators, vendors, academia, and the wider ecosystem to exchange views on the strategic direction of 6G and discuss key developments emerging across industry and standardisation activities.

The discussion will focus on several high-priority topics shaping the evolution of 6G systems, including AI-native architectures, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), distributed intelligence, deterministic transport and compute, future terminal ecosystems, and global standardisation alignment. The session is intended to encourage open and constructive dialogue in a closed-door executive setting, enabling participants to exchange perspectives on opportunities, challenges, and priorities for the future 6G ecosystem.

The roundtable will take place on 25 June 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 at Kerry Hotel Tower during MWC Shanghai 2026.
