Speaker Bio

Louis is the AI initiatives, Engagement and Technical Lead of the GSMA. Prior to GSMA, Louis has worked at Google since 2014, where he leads a team who help UK businesses make the most of emerging mobile technology and user behaviour. Prior to Google he completed an MBA in Barcelona and Shanghai and worked at Unilever in both IT consulting and marketing where he launched new products, apps, and websites.   He has worked in China, the US, Spain and Germany and now resides in London.
