Chengliang Zhang, professorate senior engineer, is the President of the China Telecom Research Institute.
He is a fellow of China Institute of Communications and the Vice Director of Optical Communication Committee in this society.
He is one of the national talents of New Century Ten Million Talents Project.
He was awarded the “Outstanding Mid-Aged Expert” by the Ministry of Human Resources, and the fourth “Outstanding Engineer Award” by the International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China.
