Session Description
As AI infrastructure investment accelerates, the industry is moving beyond the race to build capacity and toward a harder question: how to turn AI-ready data centre infrastructure into sustainable, profitable and resilient business models.
In China, the focus is shifting toward higher utilisation, and coordinated compute markets. Across APAC, shortages in power, space and GPUs are raising the stakes for every investment decision. Globally, hyperscalers, telcos, colocation providers and new AI infrastructure players are competing to own the value chain, while also facing rising pressure around energy use, cooling intensity, carbon exposure and long-term cost risk.
This session will examine emerging monetisation models, ownership dynamics, clean energy constraints, cooling and storage innovation, and the strategic choices that will define the AI-era data centre market.
