Laurent Tricheur currently leads the Connected Security Subgroup within the MDRF Group at STMicroelectronics in China. In this capacity, he oversees a broad spectrum of activities, including Marketing, Business Development, Technical Support, Program Management, and Partnerships. With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Laurent possesses deep expertise in Secure Microcontrollers, Secure Provisioning Platforms, and Secure Operating Systems.
His strategic vision and technical acumen have been instrumental in driving the adoption of Consumer eSIM technology in China and across the globe for STMicroelectronics. Laurent's leadership is characterized by a commitment to innovation and excellence, ensuring that STMicroelectronics remains at the forefront of secure digital transformation.
Laurent holds an Executive MBA from NEOMA Business School, a Master's in Integrated Circuit Design from Sorbonne Université, and a Master's in Semiconductor Physics from Paris Saclay University. This robust educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, makes him a versatile and influential professional in the semiconductor sector.
