Fang Hongkuan, Chief Architect of Data Center，First-class registered construction engineer in China, is also an Uptime ATD expert. He serves as a member of the CDCC Data Center Design Committee, the CDCC Data Center Expert Technical Committee, and the CIDC Data Center Expert Committee. With over 20 years of experience in the IDC industry, he is proficient in data center system engineering design, drawing design, project budgeting, construction management, and risk control. He has extensive experience in planning, justifying, designing, and managing large-scale IDC projects. Familiar with domestic and international data center construction standards, he understands the development trends of data centers and is knowledgeable about the application of new technologies and equipment from abroad in next-generation green data centers. He has experience in planning, designing, and implementing multiple national standard A-level/Tier IV/Tier III data centers both domestically and internationally.
