Graduated with a degree in Air Traffic Management from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, currently serving as Chief Expert at China Mobile Shanghai Industrial Research Institute, Head of the Low-Altitude Economy Task Force, Deputy General Manager of the Industry Development Department, and General Manager of the Joint Command and Dispatch Center.
With over a decade of experience spanning telecom operators, internet companies, and cloud computing enterprises, he possesses extensive expertise across civil aviation, general aviation, communications, cloud computing, and IT, particularly in the field of air traffic management.
He has led more than ten major R&D projects at China Mobile Group and driven cross-industry research into low-altitude economy applications integrating transportation information, industrial energy, and large AI models. He spearheaded the end-to-end planning and construction of China Mobile’s low-altitude navigation network capabilities from the ground up, and launched the "Wanxiang Zhihang" low-altitude navigation network product.
He also played a key role in shaping China Mobile’s “Four-Engines and Two-Wings” intelligent low-altitude network capability framework, contributing to the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.
