As Senior Director of Economics in GSMA Intelligence, Kalvin is responsible for delivering economic analysis on a range of topics, including spectrum policy, regulation, and competition. Recent work includes analysing the impact of market structure and competition on consumers in the mobile market and assessing the economic impact of spectrum policies in the 6GHz band. As part of his role, Kalvin regularly works with external organisations and presents at telecoms and academic conferences. Before joining the GSMA, Kalvin worked at OFCOM and the UK Competition Commission
